1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Cuire Atelier website (cuire.shop) and purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. Products
We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions, and details as accurately as possible. However, variations in natural leather — including color, grain, and texture — are inherent to the material and are not defects. Each piece is unique. Product images may vary slightly from the item you receive.
4. Pricing & payments
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes, which are your responsibility.
5. Orders
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
6. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. All shipments include tracking. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
7. Returns & refunds
You may return unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging for a full refund. Made-to-order items may only be returned if defective. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
8. Lifetime repair guarantee
Every Cuire piece includes a lifetime repair guarantee covering manufacturing defects, stitch failure, and hardware issues. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications. Contact us to initiate a repair.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and product descriptions — is the property of Cuire Atelier and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
10. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuire Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cuire Atelier and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the website or violation of these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York, NY.
