Shipping & returns.

Free on orders over $200. Standard: $18 flat rate. Delivered in 3–5 business days via tracked carrier.

Calculated at checkout. Most destinations arrive within 7–14 business days. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Jackets and select pieces are made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before shipment. You'll receive a tracking number once your piece leaves the workshop.

Next-day and 2-day options available at checkout for US addresses.

Return any unworn, undamaged item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.

Email us at hello@cuire.example with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The credit will appear on your statement within 1–2 billing cycles.

Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange. We'll ship the new item as soon as we confirm the return is in transit.

International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes. These are not included in the order total and are paid by the recipient upon delivery.

All international shipments include full tracking. You'll receive email updates at each stage of the journey.

We currently ship to most countries. If your destination isn't available at checkout, contact us and we'll do our best to arrange delivery.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after ship the next business day.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for production. We'll notify you when your piece is finished and on its way.

During holiday periods, processing may take an additional 2–3 business days. We'll post updated timelines on our homepage.
